A proud mother of two and resident of Prince George’s County, Maryland, Kaala’s work reflects her dedication to strengthening families and fostering collaboration.

As the founder of Hap’s House, a nonprofit empowering families, and a board member of the GMU Black Alumni Chapter, she bridges communities through mentorship and unity. Kaala is also a strategic political activist in PG County and an investor passionate about ventures driving systemic change. Her expertise spans diverse fields, from founding Industries By Design, LLC as a cybersecurity subject matter expert, to advancing music education with the American Orff Schulwerk Association.

Kaala hosts The Kaala Evans Show, where she educates and entertains through meaningful conversations on topics like cybersecurity, culture, entrepreneurship, and social issues, engaging with thought leaders shaping the future.
